The Aico Ei3014 Heat Alarm uses a fast-acting Class A1 thermistor that triggers at 58 °C, so it is suited to kitchens, garages and other dusty or steamy rooms where a smoke alarm would false-trigger. It is 230 V mains powered with a 10-year rechargeable lithium back-up and includes AudioLINK+ for on-site data extraction to a smartphone.
Add an Ei3000MRF SmartLINK module for wireless interconnection with other Aico 3000 Series alarms. The alarm is Grade D1, supplied on an easi-fit base, and Kitemarked to BS 5446-2:2003. Heat alarms must be interconnected with smoke or multi-sensor alarms as part of a complete system.
